MV Building Associates is a family owned business with over 100 years of experience in the building trades. The company is founded by Michael V. Marinucci who still works as a hands on General Contractor to insure his visions are always in play to help integrate design with functionality while delivering on the clients expectations. I got my start working with my uncle in Island Park Long Island as his right hand man building boats and docks. Today we are located in the beautiful state of Colorado established within the mountain community of Evergreen where we bring our diverse understanding of construction to homeowners looking for that elusive rewarding experience in the industry.

Intro:
First and foremost, I am a family man with 2 young children Meadow and Mason. My hope is that they will one day take over the company as they both routinely accompany me to the project sites as young apprentices -- they also gather tools so they can one day build their own homes like Dad.
Approach:
I am a hands-on owner and you can expect me to be working on my project sites for a portion of each day to insure that each job is progressing properly. Additionally, I am a firm believer in honesty and communication which is critical to keeping everyone involved in the construction process undoubtedly happy.
Know How:
I started in building started when I was young building boats and docks with my uncle which gave me a deep appreciation for fine details and craftsmanship. Today, I share my over 30 years of experience and college education in Construction Management with my team so we can confidently build, remodel and execute. I am old fashioned with hand shakes meaning more to me than contracts plus I meet and greet every client, architect and engineer maintaining these relationships long after a project is completed as they are the roots of my business.
Activities:
I am long time hockey player, skier and avid motorcyclist. When I am not working or hanging with my children, you will find me riding thru the mountains in warm weather or skiing in the winter. Hockey and I go way back to my early days and even at 43 years old I can still hang in the competitive leagues.
My job with the company is to keep things lighthearted and my Pops happy. When I am onsite, I lift everyone's spirits by licking them and as a bonus to me....I take tools --> especially wooden hammers which to me make great chew toys.
Meadow & Mason
Apprentices and Quality Supervisers
Meadow age 6 and Mason age 5 routinely accompany me to the job sites per their desire to check up on Dad's work plus gather the know-how to build their own custom home one day. At their ripe age they have a keen eye for detail with little much of a filter so if we miss it -- they catch it.
